This is a 3rd floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bath, unit with a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony. Turn-key furnished unit with kitchen area but no "baking oven" (You'll have to save baking for another time!). However, you will find everything else you need in your unit, including your very private third floor balcony off the living room. Glance over the palm trees to see the Gulf of Mexico! This is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relaxing drinks in the evening. Flat screen tv's in bedroom and living room, all units with pull-out sofas, and turn-key furnished including beach towels!

“Our family would like to thank your resort for a wonderful mini-vacation. We stayed with you for the first time and could not have been happier with our choice with you. From the time we arrived and was met by Josh to the time we checked out with Josh it was great. The room was perfect, we choose the Dolphin, and also the location to the beach. The room accommodated my two sons, myself and my husband. There is plenty of recreational activities for the kids. We went to the movies, mini golfing, the Mote Marine and many great places to eat. Our family will be choosing your place again when visiting "the Key". We fully recommend anyone vacationing in the Sarasota area to book a stay at your resort. The room was exceptional clean, the kitchen area was great to have and the security of knowing we could call someone for any of our needs was a
