1 bedroom / 1 bath with TWO private patios, one off the dining/living room and the other off the bedroom. Both patios are walled for privacy. With a pull out sofa on one end of the unit and the bedroom on the other side it makes a great unit for up to four people, even though it is a one bedroom unit.

“Our family would like to thank your resort for a wonderful mini-vacation. We stayed with you for the first time and could not have been happier with our choice with you. From the time we arrived and was met by Josh to the time we checked out with Josh it was great. The room was perfect, we choose the Dolphin, and also the location to the beach. The room accommodated my two sons, myself and my husband. There is plenty of recreational activities for the kids. We went to the movies, mini golfing, the Mote Marine and many great places to eat. Our family will be choosing your place again when visiting "the Key". We fully recommend anyone vacationing in the Sarasota area to book a stay at your resort. The room was exceptional clean, the kitchen area was great to have and the security of knowing we could call someone for any of our needs was a
