Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Check out time: 10 am

Early arrival and late departure may be subject to an additional daily charge.

No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.

All reservations require a deposit of 25% at the time the reservation is made.

Please note that a reservation is not GUARANTEED until the required deposit is received.

Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date.

A one-time cleaning fee of $45 is charged per stay per unit.

All additional guests and visitors must be registered at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse guests exceeding the maximum occupancy limit.

Please specify the number of guests when placing your reservation to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

For guests extending their stay beyond a full-week (7 nights), each additional day shall be prorated at the lower weekly rate.

All prices are quoted in USD (U.S. dollars). State and local taxes are additional.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Pet Policy: Small pets are allowed in some units.
An additional $30 per stay will be required.
Reservations must be made by telephone or email for pet accommodation.

Smoking Policy: NO Smoking in rooms.

We reserve the right to require a 3 to 5 day minimum stay during peak season and other special times of the year including holidays.

Registrant guest must be at least 23 years of age.

“We had a fabulous time at the Sea Spray. We’d recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Sarasota. We came down for a family gathering. My brothers and I were able to gather our families at one central location, and each family had wonderful accommodations. It worked out just great. The location directly across from beautiful Siesta Key couldn’t have been more perfect. We had more fun taking our grand children to the beach. Of course, for the grown ups, we loved all gathering on the beach as a family for the sunset. The location is walking distance to Siesta Village, which makes it convenient for any amenities you need. Great Value!!! Great Accommodations!!! Great Space for everyone to spread out. It’s a find!!!!“
